What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser, for example to remember settings or measure visits. Similar technologies, including local browser storage, can serve the same purposes and are covered by this policy.
What do our websites use?
We use Microsoft Clarity for visitor analytics, but only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Clarity shows us how the pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and which pages are visited, so we can improve content and design. Text on the pages and anything you type in forms is hidden in recordings and is not sent to Microsoft. We do not use advertising pixels or marketing tracking.
When you accept, Clarity sets these cookies:
- _clck (first party, 1 year): recognises you as the same anonymous visitor across visits.
- _clsk (first party, 1 day): groups page views into one visit.
- CLID, MUID, MR, SM and ANONCHK (third party, Microsoft, up to 1 year): recognise the browser across websites that use Clarity. Clarity does not use this information for advertising.
If you reject, or have not yet chosen, Clarity sets no cookies. Clarity may still record the individual page view without being able to link it to other page views or visits.
Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage as cookie-consent, so you are not asked on every visit. The choice applies to each website separately. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via at the bottom of the page.
Information entered in the contact form is kept temporarily in the open page so you can close and reopen the form. The website does not save it in cookies or local storage; it disappears when the page reloads or closes. Your browser may have its own autofill function. Your language is determined by the page address and is not saved in a cookie.
Contact forms and external links
Submitting the contact form sends your information to Formspree, which handles the message for us. The website does not load Formspree as an embedded tracking script. The transfer is described in our privacy policy.
When you follow a link to another website, that website’s cookie and privacy policies apply. This includes links to authorities and other sources.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can view, block and delete cookies and other stored website data in your browser’s privacy or security settings. Options depend on the browser. Blocking cookies generally may prevent some functions on other websites from working.
If our use of cookies changes
We will update this policy if we add or change cookies or similar technologies. If a new technology requires consent, we will ask you again before it is used.
