Annual assessment

Your 2025 annual assessment: have you included foreign income?

Foreign salary, pensions and investments need checking, even if information appears in TastSelv.

Information is not always transferred

The assessment for 2025 is handled in 2026. If you live in Denmark and have foreign income, check and report it yourself. Tax already paid abroad, or information visible under Tax information in TastSelv, does not guarantee a correct annual assessment.

Gather records by country

Collect payslips, pension statements, account and investment summaries, property details, rental income and evidence of foreign tax.

The 2026 filing deadline has passed

For people required to submit a tax information form, including many with foreign affairs, the deadline was 1 July 2026. If you find missing or incorrect information, clarify how to correct it. Use the correction function in TastSelv or contact the Danish Tax Agency if fields are missing. Keep records explaining the figures for each country.
